Umm the car in front of it seems quite wrong too? I mean you can pull into the intersection to wait for your turn (NY law, I don’t actually know what is allowed in MA), but you can’t cross over to the other side when there are cars coming. Even if the red truck is turning left, the green crossover still presumably needed to wait for the silver car as well.

As bonus, I decided to see if MA published a traffic law booklet that might provide guidance, and the first Google result looked promising. However:

Good work there guys. Especially impressive in the sense that it was apparently only posted a couple months ago, so it seems unlikely its been superseded or anything. Apparently though I lied, as they put out a newer one 11/26: https://www.mass.gov/files/documents/2018/11/26/Drivers_Manual_1118.pdf
Maybe work on those canonical URLs for SEO.
